When you sign up with us you will have access to a dedicated accountant near you for all your accounting, bookkeeping, payroll and taxation questions and queries for your business. We will also provide general business advise in this regard. If the scope of work requires additional analysis and research, it is likely to be billed as a separate charge from your package.
When we look at the number of transactions, we look at your invoices(Supplier/Customer), your banking entries, etc to determine the category that you fall in.
No.Business Advisory services include advice on technical areas of business ,accounting, tax,etc. We also perform assurance engagements, risk assessment & management, governance, etc,internal controls evaluation, strategy/Business analysis.
We would however provide advice on pricing/costing , growth etc which is included in all packages.
Timesheets/ clockcard information are imported directly into the SimplePay payroll system
We can assist with migrating your financial records from your old accounting package into XERO. We can still assist with the same services if you decide to keep your old traditional accounting software- not advisable though,

Xero has an integrated software application called "hubdoc" which is used to upload documents directly into the system. You just take a picture of the document and upload it effortlessly into the system.
When we set you up on Xero cloud accounting , we will link your bank account to Xero so that the banking interfaces to the accounting software. We will from there set up banking feeds, etc to assist with postings, bank reconciliations, etc
